Product Assessment and Testing

We test and evaluate research-released items in farmers' fields. Farmers oversee cultivation and operations to ensure that our pipeline products and future releases reach their full potential in the field. Product trials are carried out for two years as part of a rigorous testing procedure. Products move on to the next stage, when they are planted as "On Farm Demonstrations" in sizable plots, following review and selection. After receiving a great deal of input from visiting farmers, the product is confidently put into the market to meet the demands of other farmers.

Increasing Productivity

• Methods, splits, and dosages of fertilizer application

• Offer advisory services to boost productivity.
• Suggest fresh, tried-and-true innovations

Training in Product Knowledge

Front-line sales staff receive frequent training from the product development team on crop management and product features and benefits. The front-line employees are taught to instruct and assist farmers in choosing the finest items for their needs. They are also trained to assist farmers in obtaining the most output by implementing effective farming techniques.

The Product Development team addresses farmers' needs, expectations, and concerns regarding certain crops and focal areas through crop seminars, farmer meetings, and interaction activities.

Working together with the government and universities

In addition to testing products in farmer fields, the Product Development team plans and organizes trials with State Agriculture Universities (SAUs) in order to compare our products to the checks. Research offerings are further validated before distribution to farmers, ensuring reliability. Before it reaches farmers, testing with the government guarantees that it is vetted.

As a company, we actively take part in government-sponsored crop shift and productivity enhancement initiatives by supplying target farmers with goods and expanding our intermediate services.
